Epsom Jazz Club

Epsom Jazz Club, formed earlier this year, is gaining a reputation of a slice of the Soho Jazz scene in the heart of Epsom, Surrey. Featuring headline acts that normally perform at Ronnie Scotts and other such venues.

As they approach the halfway point in their Autumn series of Jazz nights, They would like to again offer their gratitude to everyone who has supported their brand new not-for-profit Jazz Club. If you’ve attended one or more of their events, you have personally assisted them to push forward with Epsom Jazz Club and build an ever-growing audience and provided another invaluable live music venue. If you have recently bought tickets ahead of what will be your first visit to the Club, an equally big thank you and they so look forward to welcoming you on Tuesday 18th October.

Now just over a week away from their fourth Jazz gig hosted in The Oaks Room Epsom Conservative Club, 39 Church St, Epsom, They are incredibly excited to see London Django Collective take the stage and unleash their unbounded Gypsy Jazz flair to the Epsom audience. The extremely talented Quartet (Matt Holborn violin, Harry Diplock guitar, Kourosh Kanani guitar, Pete Thomas double bass) are sure to impress and Epsom Jazz Club are thrilled to have lured them out of London and into our brand new Jazz Club. If you have yet to buy your tickets it’s not too late, you can purchase them in advance online or of course at the door on the night.

Looking further ahead to November, and our final Jazz concert of the Autumn, we welcome the Tobie Carpenter Organ Trio – three of the UK’s most in demand young musicians celebrate the raucous sounds of New Orleans, swinging post bop New York, and 2020s London through original compositions and improvisation full of wit and invention. If you have friends, family members or neighbours who might also be interested in attending one or more of their events bring them along. Epsom Jazz Club can’t survive without an audience – thank you for being part of it and supporting them this far, They couldn’t be more grateful. They, together with the London Django Collective, look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible in just over a week’s time!
