Ceilidh Dance Party with Bowreed
CEILIDH DANCE PARTY WITH BOWREED
SATURDAY 13 MAY, 7.30PM
Experience a fantastic evening of live Gaelic music and dancing with folk band Bowreed. Perfect for the beginner or experienced ceilidh dancer.
Bowreed are a talented band of young musicians playing traditional music. Each member is passionate about ceilidh dancing – touring the UK and Europe to perform.
If you’re new to ceilidh, here is how it works:
First of all, the caller explains each dance before you do it and then gives instructions during the dance. Dances are often performed in a ring formation and the live music will keep you moving.
Have a listen to Bowreed on Soundcloud to find out what to expect.
