Freaky Friday returns across the town centre with family fun for Halloween.
On Friday 27th October from 12pm till 4pm , during half term, Go Epsom will have a host of events around Epsom town centre.
We are happy to announce that, due to popular demand, Uncle Doom will be returning to the town to spread spooky fun. He will be gliding around with his piano, playing his favourite spooky tunes and interacting with the public in his unique style
Uncle Doom will be joined by, and again back by popular demand, our spooky dancing skeletons who will be dancing and walking around the town centre waiting for you to join in with them.
Upstairs in Epsom Square, outside Epsom Library, we will have a Free arts and crafts table where children will be able to decorate and design their own trick-or-treat tote bag in time for Halloween on the 31st October

Epsom Social At Halloween
There is a full day of Halloween fun for the whole family. From 12pm-4pm – Hocus Pocus experience at Epsom Social’s spooky cinema. Get ready to be spellbound at the Hocus Pocus Experience, a magical music event that will transport you to a world of enchantment and excitement. For ages 4+ on Saturday 21st October, 3pm Journey To The Stars Put on your spacesuit, check co-ordinates and fire up your engines… it’s time to go on a Journey to the Stars! Let Squashbox Theatre be your guide on a journey through the universe: across the solar system, past twinkling stars, towards distant galaxies… to the edge of space and time itself!
For ages 7-11 on Tuesday, 24th October, 9:45am-3pm Puppetry Masterclass with Scoot Theatre Participants will start with the basics, bringing their own “paper person” to life and then progress to creating their own spooky puppet performance by the end of the day. A fun and creative way to get into the Halloween season.
For ages 11+ on Wednesday 25th October, 10:30am – 1:30pm Introduction to Mosaic Workshop This introductory workshop is suitable for beginners and those with some mosaic experience. It will introduce you to some basic practical skills so that you can create your very own unique mosaic to take home.
For ages 7-13 on Thursday 26th October, 2pm-3:30pm Halloween Clay Workshop – Marvellous Monsters
Get creative this half-term making Halloween-themed expressive sculptures using air-drying clay. You will learn how to use different tools and techniques to produce a unique marvellous monster of your own design. You will be able to take home this fantastic piece of art after the workshop. They can be displayed in their natural grey colour or be painted at home once dry.

Join the fun by coding your own Halloween-themed project using Microsoft’s MakeCode Arcade, a game engine for retro pixel-art games that run in the browser or on handheld gaming devices.
