Epsom - Loving Local this Christmas!

With non essential shops due to reopen this week, and less than 4 weeks to go till Christmas, Go Epsom the Business Improvement District is urging local residents to ‘Love Local’ this Christmas by supporting their local high street.

Go Epsom will be in Epsom’s Marketplace this Saturday the 5th December, distributing this years Christmas in Epsom Magazine, free Love Local cotton shopping bags and water bottles, and launching this years Christmas Spirits Trail for children.

The magazine is a collaboration between the BID and The Ashley Centre, full of gift ideas, competitions and information about The Christmas Spirits Trail. It’s focused on what you can do this year, extracting the positive news and things to look forward to.

“A community is what you make it, invest and support it, and it thrives”, Karen Pengelly, BID Manager at Go Epsom said. “Spend £1 on your local high street and most of it stays local, it’s good for our local communities. Most Epsom businesses are offering click and collect services and all of them have taken extensive measures to ensure the safety of customers. All they need now is your support”.
